Philippine law enforcement arrested over 400 foreign nationals in a large-scale cybercrime raid in Pasay City, Manila. The suspects, mostly from China and Vietnam, were allegedly operating illegal online gambling sites and romance/investment scams.
Authorities confiscated hundreds of digital devices, SIM cards, and server equipment during the operation. The site was shut down for operating without a valid business permit.
This crackdown is part of broader efforts to fight international cyber fraud linked to Southeast Asia-based hubs.
